Offering Overview

Londr provides an on-demand laundry service with a 24-hour turnaround nationwide. Londr utilizes pre-screened, independent washers who provide a customized service that is more affordable than traditional laundry services with the added convenience of pickup and delivery. It is a fast growing and large market with a ton of opportunity for growth.

We are considering raising up to $124,000 by using either debt or a revenue-sharing agreement. The primary focus of the raise is customer acquisition and revenue growth. We are poised for growth and are looking for investors. As you likely know, raising money right now is extremely difficult. However, with the money raised through crowdfunding, we can show potential investors how effective we are at deploying investment and generating returns which will make us a more attractive investment.

Time is what we often wish for the most.  More time in the day, more time with our loved ones, more time with our children, or just more time for ourself.  People are increasingly stretched for time or wish they had more time to do what matters most. They are struggling. Their stress levels are high, and the impact on their mental health is increasingly getting worse. According to the American Institute of Stress, 40% of all workers comp claims are due to stress. These claims include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and burnout.

People are looking for ways to decrease that stress by creating time by engaging in services for their everyday tasks. For example, in the U.S., more than 51% of people are spending over $353 billion having food delivered to make their lives a little easier. All of this, is to create time.

Laundry can consume hours of time. It is the 4th most disliked household chore. 100 years ago, it was common practice to hire someone to do your laundry. With the invention and increasing affordability of a washing machines, people were able to do this task themselves. Much has changed with the family structure and most households are dual income, the convenience of the washing machine has changed to become one of the most dreaded household chores.  The options to send it out haven’t been very appealing because of the inconvenience of laundromats or the high cost of dry cleaning.

But now, that has all changed. With the creation of the “gig” economy, people are getting accustomed to more convenient on-demand services. Many people already hire people to help them with the chores in their lives like house cleaning, lawn care, pet care, and more. They are now seeking on-demand services for Laundry. The on-line Laundry Service market is growing at an extremely fast rate at 30% year over year! By 2030, it will be a $4 Billion market and if Londr captured only 1% of that, we would generate $400 Million in sales!

Now, with the convenience and ease of placing an order on your smart phone, people can create hours of time in seconds through the Londr app. Londr provides an on-demand laundry delivery service for individuals and businesses.  Within 24 hours, laundry can be picked up and returned clean, folded and ready to put away.

Since 2020, we have washed over 20,000 loads of laundry for over 450 customers and earned over $200,000 in revenue. In 2023, with less than $500 spend on advertising, 460 customers downloaded Londr and with 32 paying customers, we generated $13,000 in new customer revenue with an average customer spend of $390. We are currently serving about 120 customers and earned $56,000 in revenue in 2023.

The customer app is easy to use and prompts you through the amount of laundry to be washed, how you want it washed and when to pick it up. Customers can customize their laundry orders to have all or some of it be washed with special instructions, like stain removal, delicate wash, air dry, special soap and more.  We have designed the apps so customers can select favorite washers which creates long-lasting, trusting relationships.

Our screened, independent professionals also have their own Londr Washer app which sends them notifications of orders in their area where they can accept jobs, communicate with the customer and customer support.

The washer app provides an overview of each order so they can choose if they want to accept it. Both the customer and washer communicate through the apps for each order. The customer and washer are each prompted to rate one another. Our customer satisfaction is 99% because our washers go above and beyond to provide high quality service to our customers.

Our apps are available for both Android and Apple phones.

We will be implementing this revenue model which will include the elimination of a large bag option we have at this time.  It is a flat rate for each bag for the customer to pay and washer to receive. Our pricing model is different than our competitors who are charging by the pound. We wanted to eliminate any ambiguity for the customer and washer on what the cost or the payout was going to be.  We will also add additional services like hanging, ironing, some minor mending, large or bulky items and more.

We know that our most profitable customers are small businesses. Specifically focused on small independent medical offices, we have discovered a niche that is underserved in laundry service. The size of offices we are targeting are independently owned and have 1 – 3 doctors. The types of offices we will be targeting include traditional medicine like Family doctors, Pediatric, Obstetric, and many more. The non-traditional medical offices will include, Chiropractor, Actupuncture, Naturopath, Osteopath, and more.

Our best individual customers are primarly in the medical field. By targeting the small medical offices, we will also be reaching these customers and be able to serve not only their business laundry needs, but their personal laundry needs as well.

Londr isn’t the first to market to offer an on-demand laundry service. While we all offer a laundry service, how we do it and what our future holds is very different. Londr uses independent professionals like Poplin and Laundry Care, while Happy Nest is different because they contract with laundromats. Laundry Care has also in some areas networked with local Dry Cleaners to add that on as a pickup and delivery service.

We are different than our competition because we will be focused more on small businesses where we can earn a higher revenue per customer while keeping a significantly higher retention rate. Additionally, Londr is not only focused on 100% customer satisfaction, but also 100% washer satisfaction. It is very important for us to provide the best opportunities for our washers because their satisfaction will be reflected in their work representing Londr. We also know our washers can be a source of customers when they have the right support. We are creating guides and information for our washers that enables them to promote themselves, educates on best sales strategies, and many more topics that independent business owners need to know.

Jennifer Meyer joined Londr in late 2022 to help lead Londr into the future. In the last year, she has focused on learning the product, the competitive landscape, narrowing the ICP, researching and creating the strategy for funding implementation. With a strong background in business, business development and relationship creation, she is ideal for taking Londr to the next level.

Londr was Benjamin Johnson’s brainchild. He saw the opportunity and found the right people and funding to build it to where it is today. His experience in creating Londr from using spreadsheets and text messages to helping design the processes between the customer and washer through technology development is key to Londr’s current success and helping refine it for the future. He is great experience managing large budgets and leading teams to accomplish great things.

Since January of 2020, Londr has been downloaded to 2,486 customer prospects and almost 8,000 independent washers in all 50 states. This map is a visual representation of the amount of interest in not only customer demand, but the overwhelming availability of service providers. Over 3,500 washers signed up in 2023. Almost 300 per month! You can see there are obvious clusters around the country where we can focus our growth efforts. What is important to note, is less than $15,000 has been spent in paid advertising since Londr began! This growth is driven by customer demand!

The majority of funding will go to support growth. In addition to investments in sales and marketing, we will also do minor software upgrades to add additional services for customers like ironing and mending, which will increase our need for customer service support and some administrative expenses.

Our projections are based on the increased revenue with expansion around the U.S, expanding service offerrings, and our forecasted future capital raises.  With the growth of this new industry, there will be opportunities for acquisition or mergers prior to either going public or being acquired in the later capital markets. The rate of growth will enable investors to have exit opportunities along the way.
